The Agency does not guarantee specific advertising performance results, as these depend on multiple external factors.

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR): consent of the data subject for sending commercial communications and newsletters; performance of a contract for the provision of requested services; compliance with legal obligations for retaining tax documents; legitimate interest for improving services and website security.
Personal data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. Contractual data is retained for 10 years in compliance with Italian tax obligations. We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction, including SSL encryption, restricted access, and regular backups.
Our website uses technical cookies (essential for operation) and analytics cookies (for anonymous statistics through Google Analytics). We do not use our own profiling cookies. The Meta Pixel is installed on the website to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: it collects data in anonymous and aggregated form to optimize ads. Some of our service providers (e.g., Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC) transfer data outside the European Union, particularly to the United States. These transfers take place in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Visione Digitale S.r.l. does not sell, rent, or transfer users' personal data to third parties.
